Telford & Wrekin Council has been given £700k of government money to install 70 electric vehicle chargers in the borough.

Conservative councillors have been campaigning for more to be done to improve charging provision in Telford & Wrekin for several years. Whatever your views on electric vehicles or climate change, electric vehicles are the future and we can't afford to be left behind.

The Conservative government has made almost £1bn available for improving charging facilities in the last couple of years.
